RECIPE
400g of instant custard mix
1 litre of cold water
*Use a little less water for a firmer set custard)
METHOD
1. Add cold water and custard powder to mixing bowl.
2. Using electric beaters or whisk, mix for one minute at low speed.
3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for a further 5 minutes on high speed.
4. Allow custard to sit for a few minutes to firm up before use.
