Tomato powder is used for thickening sauces, making tomato soup, tomato juice, tomato paste and pasta sauces.
Pumpkin powder is used to thicken pumpkin soup, add to baked goods (cakes, breads, pies) for that pumpkin flavor without the moisture of real pumpkin.
Our 'Tomato & Pumpkin Powder Duo' consists of 250g per product (1x Tomato powder 250g, 1x Pumpkin powder 250g).
